Delivery from the UK to Australia is typically around 12 working days although we have no control over potential customs delays.

Returns will always be accepted provided they comply to the following conditions:

Returns Policy:
If goods received are damaged/faulty or not as described we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will refund full amount plus return postage. Goods must be returned in original packaging.

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase you must return the goods within 7 days ensuring its in the original packaging and sealed. Postage and packaging will not be refunded and there will be a re-stocking fee of 15%.

For all returns first point of contact must be via email explaining the reasons and when and how your going to return the goods. You must inform us which website you purchased from, date of purchase, transaction number, product code and your name.(These must also be included in the package you return. Failure to include these details will result in your return not being processed.)

Postage costs will only be refunded if you receive the goods damaged/faulty or not as described and we are notified within 48 hours of your receipt of goods.
